Shipping & Delivery

❄️ All our meals orders are delivered frozen which you can store for up to 3 months. Once defrosted please use within 3-5 days.

Please make sure you are home for your delivery. We will try our best to keep it out of the weather. If you're not home, feel free to put an esky out or contact us for enquiries. 
Delivery address can also be at your workplace if easier for logistics.

📦 Deliveries will be within 1-3 business days at this point in time. Specific delivery days for specific suburbs will be implemented at a later time. Don't worry, you will be notified when we start!

📆 If you would like a specific day or time, please contact us. Our current delivery schedule is between 9am and 5pm. Weekend delivery? Contact us to see what we can do!

♻️ We like to recycle so you might find some everyday bags! Feel so leave unwanted bags for us to collect!

🚨 We cannot offer return or refund on any food items. Sorry for inconvenience.
